Theodora Ngowi’s interests concern the wildlife management, conservation/ environmental education, habitat management, socio-cultural, ecotourism and political context of, protected area management and decision-making. She currently serves as Executive Chair Person of Dr.Nicholaus Memorial Nature Conservation.
Theodora has a diploma in wildlife management, bachelor's degree in wildlife management both of the College of African Wildlife Management – Mweka in Tanzania. Theodora was involved in different projects including beekeeping as a source of livelihoods around Mount Kilimanjaro. The project aimed at conservation of the mountain ecosystem using beekeeping. The other project was assessment of the contribution of ecotourism to livelihoods of communities living adjacent to Lake Manyara National Park.
She was involved in several field practical in National Parks and Game Reserves (some to mention) wildlife resource inventory (plants, mammals, reptiles, birds, fish and invertebrates), habitat management, spatial analysis (GIS), tourism management, mountain hiking (Kilimajaro and Meru), wilderness and survival skills, wildlife hunting for tourism purposes.

Philipo Herman Malley’s research interests concern the environmental, socio-cultural, ecotourism and political context of, land use planning, integrated fire management, protected area planning and decision-making. He currently serves as Technical Advisor of Dr.Nicholaus Memorial Nature Conservation .
Malley was involved in different projects such as Integrated Transboundary Fire Management in the Southern African Development Cooperation (SADC) region in delivery of training to field rangers and researchers across the region (2015). He as well participated in training delivery to wildlife officers of twelve wildlife parks in Luanda, Angola (2009). He is experienced conservationist for more than ten years now as a trainer and manager.
Malley has a bachelor's degree in urban and regional planning from University of Dar es salaam (2000 – 2004), a master's degree in land management specializing in ecological conservation from the Cranfield University of England in the United Kingdom (2007 – 2008).Malley also attended several workshops/ seminars related to conservation and livelihoods across the world e.g. Certificate in Spatial Ecotoxicology and Ecotoxicological Risk Assessment at University of Komblenz, Landau Campus, Germany; Certificate in Training of Trainers in Integrated Trans-boundary Fire Management, Working on Fire, Free State Campus, South Africa, Funded by SADC/GIZ and Certificate in MIRADI Adaptive Management Software for Conservation Projects to Implement Open Standard for Practice of Conservation, CAWM, Moshi, Tanzania. Funded by SADC-COMPACT Project (Some selected).

Organisational Monitoring and Evaluation Manager
Jackson Kubuke(ADPPM,MSc.Project Planning and Management) is currently supports the design of M&E Log frames, Evaluation plans to Dr Nicholaus Memorial Nature Conservation.
Previously, Mr. Jackson worked as the Design monitoring and Evaluation Officer in refugee’s camps in Kigoma under International Rescue Committee, Government at Geita District Council in the department of planning, then joined with Columbia University MSPH Tanzania LLC as the Regional monitoring and Evaluation .
Hellen Kimaro
Forester
Ms Hellen is a graduate from Sokoine University of Agriculture with the solid background in the management of public forest for recreational, conservation and economic purpose. She is dedicated to protection and ensuring environmental regulations are complied with. She has an experience working with Tanzania Forest Services as a volunteer for two years at Kawetere Forest Plantation at Mbeya Region and later she did a national inventory at SAO hill plantation at Iringa Region a task that gave her a different experience in her field.
At Dr. Nicholaus Memorial Nature Conservation, Ms. Hellen Develops and implements a training program for foresters and non-foresters involved in conservation planning activities on Rau forest lands by working with the region forester, supervisor, and area staff across multiple disciplines.
Siriel Mmbaga
Partnership,
Advocacy and Visibility Advisor
Siriel is the Partnership, Advocacy and visibility Advisor. Siriel supported the development of, and advances NNC advocacy strategy, and will be working with other staff and partners to adapt the strategy to meet specific needs.
Siriel has a Master’s in business administration (MBA), Bachelor of Arts in language studies and a skilled writer and editor. She will enable External Communications, Advocacy and Visibility representing NNC to multi-level stakeholders, increase the public understanding on environment impact to our communities. She has experience in research, consultations on policy review, USAID Course in Population, Health, and Environment. She has been involved with VSO and presented on water and sanitation hygiene for health care facilities in Kigoma region.
